Job Title: Production Planning Engineer Location: Saudi Arabia Education Qualification: Mechanical Engineer We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Engineer for our Structural Fabrication shop. As a Production Planning Engineer, you should be a Mechanical Engineer having in-depth knowledge in using Primavera with a minimum of four years of experience in Production Planning and structural Erection jobs and should be able to: a. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of materials. b. Scheduling and ensuring adequate manpower are allocated for each activity. c. Should be able to read and understand engineering drawings. d. Monitor and adjust the schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. e. Prepare the periodic Production Reports for the management. f. Prepare the Fabrication and Erection Method Statements. g. Identify the possible delays or problems in the production process and implement [effective] steps to overcome such situations. h. Preparation and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans i. Coordinate with material procurement and logistics departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished goods. j. Oversee inventory management. k. Ensuring the production meets the company's and the Client's quality standards.
