E & Minimum 7 Years for / ITI Diploma holder Education Qualification: Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering / ITI We are searching for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the structural fabrication activities in our Fabrication Shop. As a Production Supervisor, you must be a Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience or an ITI Diploma holder with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Heavy Structural Fabrication jobs in a well-reputed Fabrication Shop or Contracting Company. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for: a. Scheduling daily/ weekly and monthly targets for the Fabrication Shop employees. b. You should have very good knowledge of reading and understanding structural fabrication drawings. c. Good knowledge and experience in various welding methods and techniques d. Monitoring the daily, weekly, and monthly productions and comparing the achieved production with the targets are initiating improvement actions wherever required. e. Ensure the machinery, tools, etc., are used safely. f. Train the employees to use the equipment and tools safely and without injuries. g. Confirm the production outputs are per the specifications, confirming the predetermined targets. h. Generate periodic reports on performance and progress and forward them to the management team. i. Identify the problems, if any, and find practical solutions to overcome the problems. j. Enforce safety regulations and rules strictly.
