Job Title: Production Engineer Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: 4 Years Education Qualification: Mechanical Engineer We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer for our Structural Fabrication Shop. As a Production Engineer, you should be a Mechanical Engineer with at least four years of experience in Heavy Structural Steel fabrication activities with a reputed Fabrication Workshop or Fabrication Contractor. You will supervise the production supervisors and train the welders, fabricators, fitters, and other workers on safely using machinery, tools, etc. The Production Engineer should be able to: a. Planning daily, weekly, and monthly workshop activities b. You should be experienced in reading and understanding structural fabrication drawings. c. Good knowledge of various welding methods and techniques d. Overall supervision of the workshop activities, Supervisors, and the fabrication team e. Allocation required manpower, machinery, and tools to achieve the targeted production. f. Understanding problems, if any, in the production line and providing solutions for improvement and training the employees g. Implementing safety procedures and protocols and improving the overall performance of the production line h. Ensuring the fabrication activities are as per the Quality Standards of the Company and the Client. i. Liaising with other departments like HR, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance, etc., for the smooth functioning of the daily activities j.
