Support Service Company is looking for Coating QC Inspector for Saudi Arabia. Job Title: Coating QC Inspector Location: TANAJIB & RIYAD Requirement: 02 Duration- Long Term Responsibilities: • Air-Pressure in the house by using needle gauge and physical condition of all the equipment to ensure safe work. • Checking and inspecting weather conditions for performing painting activities. Inspecting the blasted, painted and coated surfaces. • Possess thorough knowledge in various products, surface preparation, types of coatings activities, inspection instruments etc. • Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards and client specifications. • Participate in the site internal and external quality audits • Review Painting system of Project and carry inspection as per ITP. • Receiving Inspection of painting and blasting Materials and verifying all incoming materials documents. • Review and have a thorough understanding of specifications, scope of work, Method statements, Material approvals, Inspection and test plan, and Quality Control Plan. • Preparing Weekly/Monthly Coating/Painting Repair Status. • Final Mechanical Completion Walk Through for the completed systems. • Filing and log in of all documents which includes Material Submittals, Method of Statements, RFI's etc. • Inspection of the blast cleaning operation i.e. compressor’s pressure, • Inspection of all the coats (primer, intermediate and final) as per coating system. • Checking wet & dry film thickness & various standard adhesion tests. • Ensuring all documents is as up to date as possible within electronic filing systems. • Updating filing for the office as per different projects. • Monitor the works as per the approved Method Statement, Procedure, & Specification.
