

Dear Connections, Note: This Position is intended for remote location out of the city "Oil Rigs" Job Title: Demi Chef De Partie, B& I and Remote Sites Reports To: Chef De Partie / Site Manager/Team Leader/ Supervisor Segment: Catering & Facilities Division: C& F Operations Main Department: B& I and Remote Sites Department: B& I and Remote Sites Grade: S2 Qualifications: Diploma / High School / Field Training Certificate level 2 food hygiene Years and Nature of Experience: Preferable 2 years’ experience at cook level Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: •Must have strong and friendly personality. •Good all-round knowledge of food from various cultures, be creative. •Ability to work as part of a team. •English, read, write, and speak. •Basic computer skill •Creative and enjoy doing practical work. •Able to read labels, instructions and recipes Job Purpose Statement: It is essential that you contribute to the provision of a quality catering service always adhering to health and safety standards. Support the team leader and site manager in achieving the standard expected by client and customer.
