

Dear Connections, Note: This Position is intended for remote location out of the city "Oil Rigs" Job Title: Team Leader Reports To: Supervisor/Asst Manager, B& I and Remote Sites Segment: Catering & Facilities Division: C& F Operations Main Department: B& I and Remote Sites Department: B& I and Remote Sites Grade: S1 Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Years and Nature of Experience: 2-3 years in big catering company at the similar position English Level: Read, Write, Speak Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: •Aware of basic food and beverage knowledge •Good in communication skills, both written and verbal •Fluent in English and working knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage. •Ability to work effectively under pressure and willingness to work for long and extended hours besides multitasking. •Well groomed, friendly, cheerful, and polite attitude •Ability to coordinate with various departments for Quality, Hygiene & Food Safety related issues through understanding processes and approaches. •Enthusiastic and passionate about consistently providing exceptional service to our customers and clients. Job Purpose Statement: As the integral member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the leadership all aspects of the site to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and excellent financial performance through the management and development of the team with great operational standards. Handles all administrative tasks and responsibilities for operations as well ensuring the professional running of the office and documentation.
